Louise Lever is a new media artist currently living and working in Auckland. She graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts with first class honours from Elam School of Fine Arts at The University of Auckland.
Her work deals with issues about sexuality, language and social constructs. Working both in digital imagery for her 'iDoubles' series and also video and film she constructs scripts that challenge gender roles and how these roles are programmed into our social imaginary.
